Thanks to all of you who took the time to share your thoughts in our latest J+ Community feedback survey!
The following are the average ratings that you gave us on a scale of 1-7 (where 1 = poor and 7 = excellent):
This is the first survey that we’ve conducted since launching the J+ Help Center and our support widgets on J+ Community and J+ Scribe. We’re thrilled to hear that a lot of you are finding the FAQ and other resources useful. We’re continuously developing our support articles so that you can quickly and easily find the information you need.
The vast majority of survey participants said that they would likely apply for a job with Jellyfish! We understand that many of you are keen to join another or your first project with us, please be assured that we continue to have opportunities across many markets and disciplines and you will be contacted as soon as a role becomes available that matches your skill set. Please see When will you contact me to work with you? for more information.
Almost all of the Content Quality Leads (QLs) who took part in the survey said that they would likely apply for another QL position. QLs are integral to the success of a Jellyfish project as they’re responsible for leading and supporting the project team and for maintaining high quality content. To find out more about the role and read testimonials from QLs on Jellyfish projects, check out What is a Content Quality Lead and what is the role really like?
Lastly, thank you for all your suggestions and ideas on how we can improve J+ Community and J+ Scribe! Your insights really help us to better understand how we can improve the user experience. Following the feedback we received in previous surveys, this month we launched a new feature on J+ Scribe which allows you to request changes to your assignment live on the platform. Please see the J+ Scribe user guide for more details. We’re looking forward to sharing more platform updates with you soon!
Keep an eye out for our next survey in spring 2024! Please email us at [email protected] if you’d like to share any new or additional feedback in the meantime.
