Updated over a week ago

We often look for copy editors to join projects as QA Support. If you would like to have greater influence on a project without having the added responsibilities of a Content Quality Lead, this may be the role for you.

QA Supports

Copy editors who support the Content Quality Lead in upholding Jellyfish’s quality standards for written content on a project by conducting content quality assurance. They work alongside the Quality Lead (QL) as the final layer of defence against quality issues on delivery of content to the client.

Key skills:

  • Attention to detail at scale

  • Sound judgement

  • Independent analytical skills

  • Talent management

  • Supportive feedback style

  • Strong communication

  • Attention to detail at scale

  • Sound judgement

  • Independent analytical skills

Who can apply for a QA Support role

Like the Quality Lead role, all copy editors in J+ Community are eligible to apply for a QA Support role. If you are not yet a copy editor and would like to become one, please add 'Copy editor' to your disciplines on your J+ Community account and complete the copy editor screening process.
